A Robust Republic

Every year Republic Day is celebrated in the National Capital of India, New Delhi, at the Rajpath before the President On this day, ceremonious parades take place at the Rajpath, which are performed as a tribute to India; its unity in diversity, and rich cultural heritage. The parade showcases India's Defence Capability, Cultural and Social Heritage. Nine to twelve different regiments of the Indian Army in addition to the Navy and Air Force with their bands march past in all their finery and official decorations. The President of India who is also the Commander-in-Chief of the Indian Armed Forces takes the salute. Twelve contingents of various para-military forces of India and police forces also take part in this parade.

Sandeep Kumar is a street photographer and started his career in photography as a hobbyist in 2018 while doing his Masters Education in Marketing. He tried all genres of photography in his beginning days, and discovered that Streets, Documentary work attract him more than any other genre.
Sandeep loves to travel to find new places and stories. He identifies himself as a learner, trying to learn new things from everyone.
Sandeep Kumar has been featured in National Geographic Photo of the week, and as a finalist in CHIIZ Magazine. His photograph has also been selected for publication in the 5th 35 Awards.
